Our signature class is a full-body barre-style workout like no other. Each instructor adds their own unique spin, meaning you’ll never do the same workout twice. This keeps you on your toes and tricks your muscles into not knowing what’s coming- exactly how you build strength and endurance. This is not your basic barre class: this is pulse
bounce
This class utilizes trampolines for a low impact cardio training. With heart pumping playlists and a built in hype squad, this class is a real vibe.
POWER
Power is a full body, fast paced, super charged barre workout. Heavier weights and cardio variations will be offered. This class will leave you dripping sweat and get those heart rates up!
lift
Utilize heavier weights safely for functional strength training benefits. Think heavier weights, lower reps.

pulse + littles
Bring your baby to the barre! This full body pulse class has a dedicated focus on postpartum modifications, while suitable for all levels. We welcome all–including babies, crawlers, walkers and bumps. This class is held outdoors during nice weather.
